标题[选务] 版主重选办法

若以【看版退场机制】或其他规定而需要重新选举版主的看版，按照以往惯例，
特此立为成文版规与置底公告如下：
一、应徵者资格须符合所规：上站两百次以上、文章发表两百篇以上。
二、应徵者必须在组务版上发表政见。
政见内容须包括：版上讨论气氛的维持、讨论的主要方向、与未来的规划。
三、应徵者发表政见後，小组长在该看版上举办投票，为期一个月。
Ａ、投票为公开投票，投票者须发表意见。
Ｂ、投票者资格限定为文章发表篇数一百篇以上。
Ｃ、投票通过须四十票赞成，并超过反对票。
四、应徵与投票期间，版上不准有新的文章发表。
