现在寝室里还有澳洲丛林花草茶(百里香.玫瑰.菩提.洋甘菊.薰衣草.澳洲丛林茶)
和复方花果茶(芙蓉花.蔷薇果.苹果.水蜜桃片)
&妈妈准备的爱心 龙眼乾
请问各位大大
我要怎麽配才能做最好的运用呢?
读书时要喝什麽?睡前要又喝什麽?MC期间又最好要怎麽处理?
