时间Fri Jul 14 22:54:26 2006
And to me it's so touching!!!

In My Heart You Won
Aurelie, Myriam and Michiel are back from their trip to Wimbledon, England.
Here's an account of their day supporting Justine.
Aurelie, 13 yrs. Old.
On 8 July we left for Wimbledon to see Justine's match against Amelie Mauresmo.
After the match we were also invited to meet Justine.
We arrived in the morning to London, and a surprise awaited us. We were to meet
our Belgian Royal Princess Esmeralda. A real princess, a true princess, she is.
We spent a long time in the taxi travelling in London. The traffic was heavy.
We arrived just in time for the beginning of the match. We are finally here at
Wimbledon! I can see Justine and Amelie on center court, right in front of my
eyes. There's an incredible silence. The match begins, and until the very end
Myriam, Michiel and I all believed that victory would belong to Justine. We had
the chance just after the match to meet her. Justine was tired and disappointed
, but that's normal.
We gave her a huge applause, and it touched her heart. We
could see Justine's eyes light up with a smile.
Thank you Fabienne for inviting me to Wimbledon. Justine thank you letting me
have a splendid dream.
In my heart you won.
Myriam, 12 yrs. Old.
Wow! What a day it was for me and my group - Aurelie, Michiel, Fabienne, Yvan
and two friendly journalists that followed us in our day at London. How can I
tell you that this day was the greatest day for me. It's the first time that I
left my native Belgium. And that's not all, I must not forget to tell you that
I met our Princess, and went to see a true live tennis match, incredible!
She stands there with the world watching in silence. Justine is so near, I feel
as if she's almost right besides me. I can see her bouncing the ball, she's
ready. I clap so hard, I feel as if my hands are starting to burn. I shout "
Allez Justine!", it is our voices which encourages her, I am positive that she
hears us. Match point, it's the last ball hit in the game. All the world seems
to rise with applause. Me? I can't bare to look at Justine. We watch the trophy
presentation, and depart the court feeling a little sad. I wanted Justine to
win.
Someone is looking for us. It Is Pierre- Yves, Justine's husband. He takes us
to the players lounge. Pierre-Yves tells us that he will find Justine. We wait
around, and suddenly Fabienne says "look who arrives" and we hop to attention,
and applaud Justine. She advances forward and kisses me. It's incredible. I
can't believe this. Justine is here, and she tells me that I'm pretty.
Someone
wants photographs, and they help me out of my wheelchair. Justine and Fabienne
hold me up with their hands. It's fantastic!
Justine is very, very nice! I'm tired, but I am satisfied. We're travelling on
the Eurostar in the Chunnel under the sea. In one hour I will see my parents,
I will have so many photographs I want to show them.
Merci Justine and Fabienne
Michiel, 8 yrs. Old.
5 hours of travel. I depart from Hasselt, Belgium I awake at the train station
in Brussels. An hour and a half later my mom and dad help me look for Fabienne
at the Brussels station. We find our group. We will travel by Eurostar to
Wimbledon via Waterloo train station in England. At Waterloo we get a meeting
with our Princess Esmeralda of Belgium. An hour ride in a taxi, and we finally a
rrive to our destination.
I shout in full voice to encourage Justine. "Allez Justine!, Come on Justine,
Come on!" But that didn't help her, and I've lost my voice. It was super.
Justine played very well. She's really nice.
I asked her after the match, if I
can have a tennis racquet exactly like the one she uses. Justine tells me "Hey
Michiel, if you don't come first to the locker room and look for the racquet
from the match, you'll miss your chance!". Let me say to you I was the first
one in that room. Fabienne teased, and said that she wanted it. It's me that
Justine offered it to! When I entered the Eurostar train I shouted "I own a
super tennis racquet". I wake up in Brussels. And have two more hours before
arriving at my home. I think about how Justine and Fabienne arranged things for
us. It was brilliant.
I quickly take a look again at the super gift from Justine, I will sleep with
the racquet this evening and I will be proud and show it to mom. I also have
many things to tell her this evening. Photographs were taken, we were in a rush
, but I fell asleep immediately and I dreamt of this beautiful day.
All this was possible thanks to Fabienne, Justine, Pierre-Yves and the
foundation, 20 Hearts of Justine Day After Day. Thank you also to the group
which accompanied me. I can't wait for the next adventure.
I have to tell you
that my dad helped me write this text, but to support Justine I do that by
myself.
Thank you Justine, Thank you Fabienne!
