Doctors have diagnosed on Friday that her injury has finally healed. Until Friday, Justine was unable to do very physical or running based portions of her training program because her thigh injury wasn't healed. As Justine herself said "this tendinitis problem is a tough injury to heal, but it will be gone!" from the November 30 diary entry. Things have turned out exactly as she envisioned. Goodbye injury! Justine is in high spirits. The doctors have given her the greenlight, and she can run without hesitation in full vigor. Justine will now enter her complete training program.
