标题[问题] 关於EMG和NCV的报告

因为长期运动伤害的关系，使得腰椎(L3~L5)解离了，医生要我做NCV和EMG的检查，一方
面作为是否要开刀的评估，一方面可以处理兵役的问题。
今天拿到了这份报告，但是看不大懂NCV测试中运动(motor)的部分和EMG报告的第二项，
想请问这份报告的意思以及NCV和EMG是否异常，谢谢了!!!

报告内容：
NCV study of bil. legs:
Motor:
1. Prolongation of F-response & distal latencies of peroneal and tibial
Ns., bil.
Sensory:
1. Normal sensory NCV study of sural N.
H-reflex: normal
EMG study:
1. No spontaneous activity at rest over all tested Ms.
2. Motor units of normal duration, amplitude with mild amount of
polyphasive wave over tested paraspinal M (L5), L't.
Conclusion: It indicates a L5 radiculopathy, L't
