标题[问题] 西医没有药治肾脏吗？

前几天看健康两点灵
里面有个安迪医生说：西医没有药治疗肾脏，所以肾脏坏了就要洗肾
所以肾功能不好可以吃中药，尤其是冬虫夏草
请问版上各位，肾功能不好西医真的都没有要可以治吗？？
那如果是真的，请问冬虫夏草在市面上有很多假的吗？？
到每一家中药行都可以买的到吗？？
