标题[问题] MHC identical vs. MHC compatible

最近在一本书上看到关於MHC identical 和 MHC compatible的讨论
不太懂 所以来问问
摘录内容如下:
If the donor and the recipient have the same MHC antigen pattern,
we say they are MHC identical.
Because there are so many patterns of MHC antigens,
it is very rare (and very lucky) to find a donor who is MHC identical.
But it is usually possible to find an approximate match -
a person who is MHC compatible.
我想请问 MHC identical 是指100% 相符吗?
是不是除了同卵双生之外 不可能找到MHC identical 的捐赠者?
因为作者在其他地方说找到的机率跟找到指纹相同者一样
这不就等於除了同卵双生之外不可能找到? 依据CSI的说法 双胞胎指纹相同
这边的rare 应该不等於not 不然不会说能找到是lucky?
如果MHC identical 和 MHC compatible只是程度的差别, MHC identical并不是指100%,
为甚麽还要分identical 和 compatible?
