1. UTI 泌尿道感染 Urinary tract infection
2. IVP 静脉注射肾盂摄影 Intravenous Pyelography
3. HTN 高血压 hypertension
4. CVA 脑中风 cerebrovascular accident
5. DM 糖尿病 diabetes mellitus
6. HEENT 头、眼、耳、鼻、喉 head, eyes, ears, nose, throat
7. BP 血压值 blood pressure
8. BT 体温 body temperature
9. HR 心跳 heart rate
10. RR 呼吸 respiratory rate
11. CBC 血液常规检查
12. Hct 血红素 hemoglobin
13. PLT 血小板 platelets
14. ECG 心电图 electrocardiography
15. q8h 每八小时
16. qd 每天
17. qid 一天四次
18. BW 体重 body weight
19. RBC 红血球 red blood cell
20. WBC 白血球 white blood cell
