In case of keepers this is complicated because goalkeeping and defending/set pieces do not fit that good together. When training goalkeeping, you can keep two young keepers to train, the rest of the team can be old guys. But when you change on defending you have to buy new trainees (up to ten), all of them young (because it doesn't make sense to train old players). The same for set pieces, here you train 22 players, so if you change on set pieces, you should also change a big part of your team. If not, you will lose money, as training 30 years old players in set pieces is also a waste of training. That's why keepers are a way more special then other players. Keeper trainers often like to stay on goalkeeping training. They just train their keepers on 14/15/16, sell them, and buy other young lads for GK training. In this case, they don't have to make huge changes in their squad. 版主 : 或许第一点并不重要， 但是不少经理把训练球员的目标定在NT/U20国家队输送人才， 同时把U20的出场当成一个重要的里程碑。 更不用说这位经理以经训练俞很长的一段时间了，这时候放弃，是很奇怪的。 papa : 你说得没错，但是也有一些经理，他们把目标放在U20/NT出场， 但是他们并不愿意把球队训练从守门技能改成定位球技能。 同时守门技能/防守技能/定位球技能的训练，并不是那麽互补的。 守门员训练，你一周能练两个年轻球员(守门员)，其他位置都可以买老头， 但是当你改成链防守时，你一周可以练10个人， 所以你需要多买一些训练的球员， 理论上你要新买的训练的球员都是年轻的球员，因为买老头来练不太合理， 改练定位球，也是一样的状况，但是你现在一周可以练22个球员了。 所以，如果你从守门技能改成定位球技能， 你的球队将会发生很大的变化(大洗牌)，如果没有发生很大变化的话， 那你会亏钱的，因为30岁的老头是没甚麽训练价值的。 这也是守门员和其他位置特别不一样的原因， 训练守门员的经理喜欢持续练守门技能， 他们把守门员的守门技能练上14/15/16後，卖掉他们，然後再买新的守门员小牛， 所以这些经理的球员，U20出场的机会并不是很大的。 of course we can't deny the chance that he is a so un-felfish manager, in order to be the great strength for Taiwan NT, he gives up his U20, however, he goes deep stamina when Yu is young, and is willing to adjust the stamina in time, so I guess here he is aiming to U20 Yes, he had to drive a deep stamina share.
