21-02-2014 Bankruptcy change
We have made a change to how bankruptcy works.
From now on, if a team has players for sale with bids enough to reach
the "safe zone", the team will not go bankrupt.
我们对於破产的运行方式做了变更
从现在开始, 如果有球队出售中球员的标金(有买家下标的金额),
足以让球队的资金处於安全区域
那球队将不会破产
