This is because the ideal winger trainee offers both good performance and good economic returns, whereas it seems that with wingback trainees, we must accept either poor performance, or poor profits. 我们可以很轻而易举的推荐四位理想的边锋位训练员， 然而要推荐四位理想的边後卫训练员，却很困难。 因为理想的边锋位训练员，同时可以兼顾比赛表现以及经济上的获利， 然而边後卫训练员不是在比赛中表现较差，就是经济获利较差， 两者无法兼顾。 The natural choice for the wingback slot is a 'real wingback'; a player with good defending and some wing skill. This is because such a player will provide needed defense and will perform better than other types of players of similar value in the wing back slot. The problem with the natural choice is the low economic returns. So what to do about this? 通常我们会挑选一个拥有优秀防守能力， 及某种程度的边锋能力的「真正边後卫」来踢边後卫的位置。 这是因为这类球员能够提供边後卫所需要的防守， 并且能比其他类型的球员（价值相近）在位置上表现的更出色。 唯一的问题在於这类基本选择，在经济方边後卫面的回报很低 那麽，我们该怎麽选择边後卫训练员呢 ? 1. Option One-Train “Real” Wingbacks 选项一 : 训练真正的边後卫 The first option is to bite the bullet and train real wingbacks. Although this means that the wingback slots will not be a good source of funds to develop other areas of the team, this does have some advantages. These include: 第一个选项是明知获利较差，也要咬牙苦撑，训练真正的边後卫。 虽然这意谓边後卫训练位无法为你赚进大钱，进而补强球队， 然而这样的选择有一些实质上的优点，列举如下 : It helps to maintain good defensive ratings; It provides a good number of defenders, which is helpful for playing formations with more than 3 defenders at the back, and for counter attacking (if the trainees have passing); It gives us the option of selling the wingback trainees after they have increased a few levels and buying an improved defender, continually upgrading our defenses. Some see it as a good way to counter value depreciation on their wingers. Option Two-Train “Non Defenders” in Wingback Slots 选项二 : 训练不是後卫的球员。 The second option is to give up wingbacks completely and train non defenders in the wingback slots. This will lead to low defensive ratings, and so is popular only with teams who play an All Offensive formation, i.e. a team that uses only midfield and attack (AOA). This is the most profitable option. 第二个选项是放弃边後卫的比赛贡献，选择在边後卫训练不是後卫的球员， 这样的选择会导致比赛的防守评级低落。 通常只有摆上完全攻击阵型的玩家会做这样的选择， 例如只使用中场以及攻击的全攻击阵型来比赛的球队。 这是获利最好的选择。 3. Option Three-A Mixture of Option One and Two 选项三 : 选项一和选项二的折衷。 The third option, the most popular, is to use a mixed strategy, with at least two “real”-defense heavy wingbacks, and the remainder as non-wingbacks. Although this means that in some games we have to field players with no defense it does have advantages. These are: 第三个选项，也是最多玩家选择的选项 -- 折衷选择 训练至少两个真正的後卫，剩下的训练位名额选择训练不是後卫的球员， 虽然这意谓有些比赛你要摆上不是後卫的球员踢边後卫， 不过这样的选择有些优点，列举如下: a. It allows us to get good defense in the most important game of the week,and; b. It generates good profits. 1. 在每周重要的那场比赛，可以堆出不错的防守评级。 2. 可以创造不错的获利。 4. Strategies for Options Two and Three 选项二和选项三的策略讨论 In the second and third option, at least one non-wingback is trained. What kinds of players and strategies do managers use? There are at least 6. 在选项二和选项三，都会摆上至少一位不是後卫的球员踢边後卫， 那麽该如何选择这个不是後卫的边後卫球员，或是该制定怎样的策略 ? 至少有下列六个选择 : a. “Naked” Wingers. Wingers with little or no playmaking can be bought cheaply and yield good profits. These are especially suited to managers using an All Offensive Strategy, or for new managers to play in the cup. 选择一 : 选择"赤裸"的边锋 (注:除了边锋技能，其他技能都不好的边锋) 低价买入组织进攻技能很差，甚至没有组织进攻技能的边锋， 训练後卖出，可以创造不错的获利。 这很适合使用全攻击的球队、或是新球队在杯赛中使用。 b. Wingers with Playmaking. Wingers with at least passable playmaking are a higher investment than naked wingers, but may produce better returns. 选择二 : 选择有组织进攻技能的边锋 组织进攻技能至少及格(6)以上的边锋比较贵， 不过训练後卖出可以创造更好的获利。 c. Forwards Towards Wing. Forwards utilize wing skill even when played normal. We don't know how profitable this will be, but it gives performance benefits. 选择三 : 选择靠边前锋 前锋即使是踢常规前锋，也会使用到边锋技能。 无法确定这样的选择获利如何，但是至少可以确定球员场上的表现不会太差 (?) d. Defensive Winger. This is a player with high wing skill and high defense. Historically, there hasn't been much of a market for them, but recent rule changes may have increased their value. 选择四 : 选择防守型边锋 防守型边锋是指有不错边锋技能以及防守技能的球员。 以历史经验来说，这样的球员是很稀少的，不过随着游戏引擎的改版， 防守型边锋的球员价值会越来越高。 e. Skill trading. Skill trading is the process of buying a player who is at a high sub level within their skill, training them at least one level and then selling them. It has been by far the most profitable use of the wingback slots but requires a lot of knowledge and time. Regular buying and selling also reduces Team Spirit. 选择五 : 交易技能(Skill Trading) 交易技能是指买入辅助技能不错的球员，将辅助技能升至少一级，并卖出球员的过程。 这是目前边後卫训练位获利最高的选择，不过这需要时间、以及玩家的HT知识。 同时，频繁的买卖行为也会导致团队精神的损失。 f. Coaches. Some people like to train players with high leadership so that they gain experience and can become coaches. 选择六 : 选择教练苗 有些玩家喜欢在训练位训练高领导技能的球员(注:稳定领导)， 这样教练苗就可以吸取比赛经验并变成未来的教练。 It should be noted that more and more managers are training players not to sell, but to keep, especially multi skilled players that managers consider to be undervalued, such as real wingbacks, forwards towards wing and defensive wingers. 有个有趣的现象:越来越多的玩家顷向长训球员，而不是频繁的买卖球员。　　 尤其是常训被玩家低估的边後卫、靠边前锋、以及防守型边锋球员。 --
