标题[HT] 日光节约时间

On Sunday morning, HT Time switches to summer time (daylight saving time).
This means that the hour between 02:00 and 03:00 HT Time will never occur. Of
course all matches, transfers and so on will happen anyway, just formally one
hour late. Please be aware of this for transfer deadlines, matches, etc.
在星期天早上，HT 时间将会改成日光节约时间。也就是说， 02:00~03:00 将不会发生。
当然，还是会有比赛，球员交易…等等，只是会晚一个小时。请注意比赛还有球员交易终
止的时间。
