标题[问题] The elephant vanishes

我在美国买到一本村上的短篇集，1993出版的。
有一些故事我不确定是在台湾的那些短篇集里有出现过，
(也或许根本没有出版过，那我可是挖到宝了XD)
目次如下：
The wind-up bird and Tuesday's women
(这篇是不是发条鸟年代纪的短篇版呢？我记得村上写作是由短到长这样发展的。)

(面包店再袭击)
The kangaroo communique
(袋鼠通讯，在哪一本小说集呢？)
On seeing the 100% girl one beautiful April morning
(遇见百分之百的女孩，再熟悉不过了)
Sleep
(完全不知道)
The fall of the Roman Empire, The 1881 Indian uprising, Hitlers's invasion of
Poland, and the realm of the raging winds
(这篇名字超长，但也不知道)
Lederhosen
(没印象)
Barn burning
(烧掉谷仓，在哪本小说集？)
The green monster
(绿色的兽，莱辛顿的幽灵)
Family Affair
A window
TV people
(以上三篇都不知道)
A slow boat to China
(开往中国的慢船)
The dancing Dwarf
The last lawn of the afternoon
The silence
The elephant vanishes
(以上四篇也都不知道)
由於我比较少看村上的短篇，所以知道的很少，
希望有看过的人点一下它们到底收在哪本短篇集里，谢谢。
(在美国看到村上好开心，好像见到老朋友)
