Kuo, whom the Dodgers optioned July 4, allowed only a run on four hits over six innings in Saturday's 6-2 win over Fresno and added a grand slam at the plate. Kuo was named the Pacific Coast League's Pitcher of the Week for July 31-Aug. 6 , a week when he pitched 10 shutout innings over two starts. Dodgers general manager Ned Colletti said he plans to recall Kuo for the September roster expansion, but that it will be as a reliever.
