Houlton was followed to the mound by another rookie, Hong-Chih Kuo,
who continues to look like he will never see Triple-A. After allowing a bloop
double to Gonzalez, Kuo struck out Chad Tracy and Tony Clark, giving him nine
strikeouts in five innings, and retired Troy Glaus on a flyout to the warning
track.
"We're experimenting with him," said Tracy, "and thus far he's passing the test
with flying colors."

随先发投手Houlton之後上场的是另一个菜鸟郭泓志 , 一个持续看起来像是将永远不会去
三A的投手..而在被Gonzalez击出二垒安打之後, 郭泓志三振了Chad Tracy及Tony Clark ,
这也使得他在仅五局的投球中三振了九个人次 , 最後也让Troy Glaus击出高飞球出局
总教练崔西表示:"我们正在测试他" , 而直到目前他在通过这个测试过程中是相当成功的.
