标题[问题] 无法登入，请问这是被盗帐号了吗?

今天要登入游戏发现无法登入
显示如以下字样...

until this matter can be resolved. to restore access to this account ,
please contact support and one of our representatives will assist you.
这是代表我被盗了吗??
可是我mail 验证有开阿，也没收到任何mail....
请问有前辈遇过这类事件吗??
我才刚买一个礼拜阿ㄒㄒ
PS:我官网还是可以登入...
