Each realization of the series is conceived exclusively to the specific location, not just with regard to the architectural circumstances, but also by changing the guest artists each time. He studied 'visual media design' at the University of Art in Linz (honors degree 1992). During that time he also took part in numerous workshops with international masters of jazz at home and abroad. Huber。德国埃森音乐院最高艺术家文凭并以该校最优异成 积毕业。同年获颁德国科隆巿政府作曲奖及奖学金。二ＯＯ一年获台湾国家文艺基金会的 作曲赞助。二ＯＯ四年获美国洛杉矶Villa Aurora艺术家奖学金。2006年获许常惠作曲比 赛民族乐器类第二名，2008年获教育部文艺创作奖教师组音乐作曲特优。同年获国艺会补 助，制作他的第一张个人原创作品集《音之旅》。其作品已在亚洲、美洲及欧洲的音乐节 多次发表演出：柏林国际音乐节MaerzMusik Berlin、芝加哥新音乐节Soundfield Festival Chicago、慕尼黑新音乐糸列musica viva Munchen、德国达姆斯塔新国际音乐研 讨会等。与他合作的知名团体包括台湾采风乐坊、德国摩登乐团Ensemble Modern Frankfurt、德国汉堡Resonanz弦乐团、维也纳音响论坊Klangforum Wien、芝加哥诺门讷 斯乐团Ensemble Noamnesia Chicago、芬兰Avanti!室内乐团、中国国家交响乐团、莫比斯 圆环创作公社等。董昭民目前的创作，企图将东方的人文精神及艺术思想表现在他的作品 中。他的音乐创作涵盖了中西乐器的独奏、室内乐、交响乐、轻歌剧、戏剧音乐。董昭民 擅长古筝演奏与即兴。他於2004年与旅德古筝大师徐凤霞及旅奥作曲家王蓂合组古筝「筝 鸣」 三重奏，并加入电子乐器，极力拓展东方音乐语法及表达手法的新空间。他多次与画 家及舞蹈家合作创作舞蹈音乐及多媒体表演艺术，融入即时电声创作，发展他艺术表达的 多样性。德国法兰克福日报：董昭民在「睡佛百姿」里，以乐器的声响探索为基础，塑造 了一种暗示性的音乐语法。前所未闻的声响循序渐进，充满了无限联想-宗教般的情怀，且 趣意盎然。(Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, 03.12.2002) 董昭民於2006-2007担任台 湾采风乐坊驻团作曲家，并於2007年开始任教於新竹交通大学音乐研究所。2008年与交大 应用研究所和建筑研究所共创「交大多媒体艺术团队」，参加多次国内外跨领域展演和文 艺交流，成果丰硕。 Chao-Ming Tung is a Taiwanese-born composer and gu-zheng player (Chinese zither ). His music encompasses stage, instrumental, vocal, and electro-acoustic works , and multimedia-performances with visual arts and dance. Since 2000 he has gradually incorporated Chinese instruments into his music, and improvises with gu-zheng and live electronics in concerts. In 1988 he began composition studies with Chien Nan-Chang in the Chinese-Culture-University Taipei. He continued his training from 1990 -1997 at the Musikhochschule Köln Germany with Johannes Fritsch and Mauricio Kagel, and later at the Folkwang-Hochschule Essen with Nicolaus A. Huber, where he graduated with distinction. Since 1999 he has worked as a freelance composer and musician, and facilitates East-West cultural exchanges. Tung's work has been presented in concerts of numerous festivals throughout Europe, Asia, and the USA. He has collaborated with choreographers, dancers, painters, musicians, ensembles, sound-, media- and video artists, e.g. Annegret Heiln, René Pieters, Bernhard Gal, Klang Forum Wien, Ensemble Ictus, Ensemble Modern, ensemble 2e2m, Ensemble On-Line Vienna , ensemble DEDALO, and China Found Music Workshop Taipei. He was awarded the Bernd Alois Zimmermann Scholarship for Composers from the City of Cologne in 1999, the Scholarship of National Culture and Arts Foundation Taiwan in 2001 and the Scholarship of Villa Aurora Los Angles, second award of international Xu Chang Hui composition competition Taiwan. He is a composer in residence of China Found Music Workshop Taipei since 2006 and professor for composition at the National Ciao Tung University since 2007. --- ● 张登尧 Deng-Yao Chang (TW) 1984年生於新竹，美国马里兰艺术学院艺术创作硕士，2010年回台後持续从事艺术展演、 策划与推广至今，并成立江山艺改所艺文空间。自幼学习钢琴与二胡多年，并参与乐团演 出，聆听音乐类型广泛，从古典传统到前卫实验，近年开始尝试以二胡进行自由即兴与噪 音演奏。 Born 1984 and also based in Hsinchu, Taiwan. DYC received his Master of Fine Arts degree from the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) in Baltimore, MD. He has been constantly working on artistic practice, curatorial practice and art promotion since returning to Taiwan in 2010. He founded the art space "Jiang Shan Yi Gai Suo". He learned to play piano and erhu for many years when in young ages and participated in a well-known local Chinese orchestra. He enjoys listening to music comprehensively, from very classical or traditional to extremely avant-garde or exprimental.
