两国假设现在都没人口成长 和技术进步 ,两国有资本折旧 0.05
Country A saves 10 percent of output
Country B saves 20 percent of output
If A starts out with a capital-labor ratio of 4
If B starts out with a capital-labor ratio of 2
in the long run:
Ans:A's capital-labor ratio will be 4 whereas B's will be 16

请问 题目一开始是 静止状态...?!
可是 後来 又去生产!? 是因为... ?!?!
