在下册的P9-40，9-7-6
题目:1.Can a static magnetic field exist in the interior of a
perfect conductor?Explain.
2.Can a time varying magnetic field exist in the interior
of a perfect conductor?Explain.
我要如何说明静电场会存在PEC内部呢?
又和如何说明电磁波无法穿透PEC?
因为课本写的看不懂所以来问一下，感谢大大们喔
