请问一下，什麽是
lumped circuit（总集式电路）？
Any interconnection of lumped elements such that
the dimensions of the circuit are small compared with
the wavelength associated with highest frequency of interest
will be called a "lumped circuit"
可以用中文描述一下吗，看不是很懂～３Ｑ
