意思是取 linear operator T: M -> M, where M:mxn
因为一个 M:mxn 的矩阵是属於一个维度为 m*n 的向量空间
所以 T 的矩阵表示法应该要是一个 (m*n)x(m*n) 的矩阵

这里的 C 其实就是 [I] , A = [T]
