deciding whether to sell the house or convert it for your own use as a
office.What value shoud you place on this house when analyzing the opyion
of using it as a office?
(a)150,000 (b)255,000 (c)280,000 (d)293,000 (e)310,000
我的想法是房子出售所得扣除地产费=280,000
再考虑增额现金流量观念 今天非房子财产所有权人 所以财产税加回来
答案变成 305,000
想请问一下这样想有没有错误??
