1.(是非题）When weights are needed to be considered , the harmonic mean is the
best choice to measure the performance metric.
2.If the cycle time and the CPI both increase by 10% and the number of
instruction deceases by 20% then the execution time will remain the same.
这题解答写：0.8ic * 1.1cpi *1.1cycle time
我不太懂0.8倍的ic是怎麽来的...
