标题[问卦] 以前不包机看球赛突破是在混吗？

包机看个球赛，就外交突破了。
那麽简单的事为什麽以前都不做？
都第几年了，以前那些人是不是都在混啊？
其他国家怎麽都不来看球赛？
是不是外交遇到困境。
