标题[询问] 成年但还是无法注册Google AdSense

各位高手好 这是小弟注册後页面跳出来的讯息...
As stated in the AdSense Terms and Conditions, you must be of age to
participate in AdSense.
If you are not of age, you may have a parent or guardian submit an
application on your behalf.
问题是小弟早已超过18岁 GOOGLE帐户也跟出生年月日一模一样 但申请就是会跳出这讯息
盼有高手能为小弟解答了 !
