标题[问题] 柏林住址问题

我打算在德国旅游一阵子，在柏林有两个月左右的Airbnb，但是host无法提供地址证明。
我想开个银行帐户跟买预付卡，以便联系家人还有减少身边携带的现金。
如果是这样的情况我该怎麽获得Meldebescheinigung/Anmeldebest酹igung？
