标题[问题] Omega 机票退费请教

明年过年间计画至德国游玩
经爬文後，到Omega flight store订机票
(前天)星期五晚上原本要下定，但因为时间还不确定，所以没有定 (2人共55000)
隔天，星期六下午，机票直接贵了七千元，心怕越来越贵，立马下定! (2人共62000)
结果，现在看，机票又回复到 2人共55000 ==> 看到差点心脏病!!!
Omega网站上找不到有关退款的相关资讯，只好写信给客服，内容如下:
有过此情形吗? 解决的方法or建议我做法，感谢:)

I have to cancel my flight due to the schedule change.
I have the two choices as below:
1. Could I change to the another flight?
Can you directly refund the difference between the two flights?
2. Could I refund directly the whole preice?
How much money should I pay for this booking?
