We all know that the truth can hurt. When the truth reveals something about so
meone that they don't want to hear or that they don't like about themselves, i
t can be crushing. But the truth can also help - even when it hurts. Someone i
n your world may really need to hear a message you are afraid to deliver. You
don't want to hurt someone's feelings, but then again perhaps what you have to
say will be a well-received revelation that will help this person's life to b

当事实揭露了某些人不想听到的话，或者是他们不喜欢他们自己，
它可以是压倒性的（令人心碎的）。
但是，事实亦可以有帮助的 - 即使它是伤人的。
某个在你生命中的人也许真的需要倾听你害怕传递得讯息，
但是，再一次的也许你必须揭露出来那会帮那个人的生活过得更好。
