Cloisters is an indie development team that originated in NYC and is now a multinational studio. Our goal is to deliver meaningful interactive experiences through experimental storytelling and stylized visuals, challenging players' perception of reality through the juxtaposition of surreal imagery and the mundane.

【职缺1】
Full-Time Gameplay Programmer 全职游戏工程师
【需求条件】
‧ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
‧ Experience with the C# language and Unity game engine.
‧ Familiarity with standard 3D math concepts (matrices, quaternions, linear algebra).
‧ Excellent spoken and written communication in English.
‧ Design, implement, and maintain systems and tools to support gameplay (animation, locomotion, navigation, etc.).
【工作内容】
‧ Work as part of a small, agile engineering team.
‧ Assist in bringing a new game project from prototype to release.
‧ Communicate with non-engineers about the details of bugs, feature requests, and design concepts.
‧ Design and develop new gameplay features in cooperation with other team members.
【其他条件】 (非必备)
‧ Game design.
‧ 2+ years game programming experience is a plus. Game industry experience is not strictly required, but is strongly preferred.
‧ Profile and optimize to remove bottlenecks.
‧ Support tools and technology as needed for specific project requirements.

Full-Time Graphics Programmer 全职图像渲染/电脑图学工程师
【需求条件】
‧ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
‧ Experience with the C# language and Unity game engine.
‧ Extensive knowledge of vertex, pixel, and compute shaders.
‧ Knowledgeable in a variety of special FX techniques and the latest rendering algorithms.
‧ Familiar with game asset pipelines.
‧ Ability to collaborate with artists on graphics techniques.
‧ Have graphic programming experience on OSX, Windows and IOS.
‧ Excellent spoken and written communication in English.
【工作内容】
