在 GRE 写作里头，不管是Issue还是Argument，在思维深度上的要求,都比TOEFL,IELTS 的写作来得高。例如，以托福的Independent Writing和雅思的Section 2写作来看， 一面倒的写法要拿高分是有可能的。但在 GRE Issue写作里头，一面倒是难以拿高分的， 依题目主题和prompt的叙述的不同，大多需要走7比3，有时甚至要写5比5的写法。 但不管是哪一种写法，对於台湾学生最难的就是，如何将头脑里的中文思维,在限 时内顺利利地转化成英文，我们需要很多先前所建构好的语块 (prefabricated semantic chunks)。无疑地，content是写作中非常重要的一块，但对於非母语人士而言 ，language会大大影响我们表达思维的效度。 这一系列的文章特别整理出来，GRE写作考超过5分的人，写作时常用的高分句块 ，尝试在练习时习惯这些句块，就越能将自己的思维不离题、无碍地表达出来。 祝大家都能考到理想分数喔! 10 Structures for Discussing Accountability X—因 Y—果 1.Y has its root in X.
