Hi 因为之前从没遇过这种问题，爬文 网路上也没有看过案例 所以想说分享一下，如果之後有人遇到可以参考 考试完当天我有填写免费送分一所 考後过了很久发现学校那边status一直没有更新我的成绩 就上GRE网站看，发现那笔状态是 Not Reported 我就写信给 [email protected] 信件来往了两天 主要原因是这样 Thank you for your message. Our records indicate that you identified XXXX as your undergraduate or attending institution, but you did not designate this institution as one of your four free score recipients Therefore, your official scores from your GRE® test were not sent to the graduate admissions office at this institution. 我说我填写这个code没错啊，而且确实有选择不然怎麽会"Not Reported" 而且GRE状态上有我先前已经送过这间学校的资料，code等等status都一样，不知问题点 後来他回我 Your scores were not sent because we do not send scores to the undergraduate institutions. 我就冏了，我怎麽可能选到under，而且既然你们说不送under，那还给这种选项? 而且我学校已经过deadline，我是到最近才发现竟然没送出... 很紧急阿= = 跟他argue要寄免费 但他最後一封回我就很官腔 Thank you for your inquiry. If you are taking the computer-delivered GRE General Test, you will designate your score recipients on test day. You can send Additional Score Reports at a later date for a fee of US$27 per recipient. 原本我打算放弃了... 已经在官网准备付款 pending ... 但突然觉得再花将近9百块就很不爽，就用skype打去问 +1(609)771-7670 (skype拨美国市话手机都便宜，一分钟0.6-0.7快左右) 跟客服对资料就花了不少时间，接下来跟他讲问题点，跟他要求要免费帮我处理 因为既然GRE是for Graduate不送Under为何还会出现这种什麽我选到Under这种情况发生 他说他去询问一下状况，等了五分钟左右，他就说可以帮我免费寄送。 心得: 有事打客服讲比较快，跟他在那边通mail颇浪费时间，而且有时候很难argue到你想讲的 事情... --
