标题[问题] GRE帐号问题请教

想请问大家
我以整合帐号登入GRE,但是在personal information确认时,
一直显示
Based on the changes made, this profile now conflicts with another existing
account. The profile updates cannot be saved
但是我确认过,与托福的资料无误,
寄信问ETS一直回我罐头信, 越洋电话也忙线中..
一直找不到问题在哪?!
不知道有没有人也有遇过类似情况
