标题[问题] 十天内取消 GRE机考

我之前报名了9/4的机考,
可是後来发现当天没办法去考试,
不管能不能退费都想要取消.
但是发现在考前的10天内,
不论是网路或电话,
都没办法取消考试.
考试当天没有去考,
这样也算是取消考试吧?
还有依照ETS的规定,
一个月只能考一次机考:
"You may take the General Test only once per calendar month
and no more than five times within any 12-month period.
This applies even if you canceled your scores on a test taken
previously."
那我当天连考场都没去,
九月下旬想要再报名一次还可以吗?
