(skype应该也可免费拨打) : 我还没尝试 若有人有更新资讯拜托分享 感谢 :) ==================================================== i had also suffered from this situation, my test day is on 7/26, i could not cancel my exam by web site, but i can cancel my exam by phone. i also called 1-866-473-4373 and asked about the refund, the person who answered the phone said the rule has changed on 7/1, he is not sure whether we could have the 60USD refund. he also said we could call back after couple days, since the test center is trying to think what they could do for us. ================================================================== 我又再打电话去问一次，这次换人接， 她说"不满意的话，可以写信去抱怨"， 虽然我有强调 "确认信上，是写3天， 且GRE TEST CENTER 没有寄信告诉我们说 更改日期 已经变成10天" 但是，她说随时注意网站上的讯息 是自己该做的事， 所以...... --
