标题请问新加坡机考，ETS叫我改时间？

抱歉请问一下
我在3月的时候已经报了5/17的机考
但是昨天我收到新加坡考场寄来的E-MAIL
Prometric Testing Center
Relocation and Reschedule Notification
他跟我说建议我改时间 而且是free of charge
As for your test appointment for GRE on 5/17/07,
we would like to know
if you could take the test at a later date.
This is due to the center is
reducing the number of workstations.
You may provide us with 3 choices of
test date and time and we will reschedule
it for you free of charge.
我想请问有人碰到跟我一样的情况吗？
而且他还说我可以选择任何时间任何日期
You may reschedule to any date and time of choice
provided there are dates available.
这不会是诈骗集团吧
我想延後几个礼拜考
但是总觉得怪怪的
想请问大家的建议如何？
