标题[问题] 各位认同这个名教学网站的说法吗?

以下是在某一名教学网站看到的问与答
该网站宣称网友所问的锯子并非是"分词构句" 不知道大家认同
这种说法吗?
网友问：
Spain receivedthe second highest amounts of tourist revenue, rising from $56.3 billion to $60.4 billion, followed by France, China and Italy.
想请教这句是否符合分词构句的文法呢？ 若是，请问为何不是"分词构句"在前，"含主词子句"在後？

网站回覆：
并没有规定被省略的那部分一定要放在前面，也有可能放後面。
但这句不是分词构句，rising from $56.3 billion to $60.4 billion 是关系子句，修饰前面的名词 tourist revenue，原本是：....which rose from $56.3 billion to $60.4 billion....。若要让句子更简洁，可以把关系代名词 which 省略，然後把过去式 rose 变成 ing 形式。关於这个省略用法，可以参考：

这种句型在GMAT不是很常见吗? "rising from ... " 真的是关系子句 (而得到)吗?
