标题[Q. ] 条件充分与否判别？

各位前辈
请问一下这题
How many integers n are there such that r < n < s ?
condition:
1) s - r = 5
2) r and s are not integers.
解析上面提到：
1)不充分为s,r为整数时，则根据s-r=5可推知有4个正整数n满足r < n < s，若s,r为
小数时，则有5个正整数n满足r< n <s；仅仅知道r和s不是整数也不能充分回答上述问题
所以必须(1)+(2)才能充分回答问题，因为根据此条件可以得到有且仅5个正整数满足
r < n < s。
请问是为何提到这样呢？
