请问 SC 比较句构一题:
GWD5-Q14:
Even though more money was removed out of stock funds in July (
as in any
month since October 1987, sales of fund shares in July were not as low as) an
industry trade group had previously estimated.

答案只有可能是 D 和 E, 该选何者呢?
D: 似乎应该要用 any other month 较佳
E: what an industry trade group had previously estimated 中的 what
似乎是 redundant, 因为通常说 as expected, than expected, ...
而不会说 what one exptected (estimated 应该也是同样道理, 把 as/than 当关代)
