但是展开之後就会变成：
one of the simplest arts AND
one of the most gratifying of the arts
上面平行的後半部，不是明显多出了 of the 吗？而且这个地方的 art 是可数
名词：字典上解释如下：
art:
(C) (专门的) 技术, (特殊的) 技艺
the healing ~ 医术
industrial [useful] ~s 工艺
the ~ of building [war] 建筑 [战] 术
想不出来为什麽需要一个定冠词，而成为 the arts？
而答案 (B) 看起来没有最高级平行，但是若原意本来就只要两组形容词平行呢
？也就是
Cooking is one of the simplest arts AND
cooking is one of gratifying arts
合并之後，就会成为
Cooking is one of the simplest AND
gratifying arts
这样答案就是(B)。
原 po 所附的讨论串中几乎一面倒地都选 (A)，但是怎麽看都觉得 (A) 有上述
的错误，因此自己的看法是 (B)。
这题并无 OA，不知众家高手的意见如何？
