21.（未找到；3次）版本一：Issue是新题：People have a duty to disobey law if
it is unjust.
版本二：在一些情况下，人们可以DISOBEY LAW
版本三（这是偶从国外网站上盗来的版本- -）：
"There are two types of laws: just and unjust.
Every individual in a society has a responsibility to obey just laws and,
even more importantly, to disobey and resist unjust laws."
这题题意虽然了解, 但是还真想不出啥好理由去支持或反对...
想请问一下大家的意见....thx
