题目说n股的股票总价12,000元，问能不能算出一股多少钱
条件一：若每股价格多1元，则n股总价多300元
=>那就是告诉你n=300，那每一股就是12,000/300=40
条件二：若每一股价格少2元，则n股总价会减少5%
=>减少5%也就是减少600(12,000*5%)，n=600/2=300，则每一股仍是12,000/300=40
两条件均能得解，故答案是D
