题目恕删
我的看法是 The white house assigned the...committee of experts to do...
the...committee of experts在本句中提前，变成
the...committee of experts that the white house assigned to do...
然後that 关代受词省略，the white house用代名词it替代
就变成the...committee of experts it assigned to do...
自己是觉得还蛮合理的啦，可以再讨论看看
