针对第一个句子:
The master entered the room, followed by his dog.
我认为这个句子不会有ambiguous，如果出现在GMAT中，可以视为正确的。
-ed形分辞放在名词之後当做後置修饰形容词的时候，会紧临出现不会有逗号隔开
也就是说followed如果要当伴随修饰形容词修饰the room，那中间不会有逗号。
所以本句就只有一种解释:狗跟在主人後。 followed共用主句逻辑主语"The master"
另外，针对另一个句子:
The master entered the room, which is followed by his dog.
这个句子是错的。因为which只能修饰room不能修饰人。还没进到
能否跳跃修饰the master的讨论就因为逻辑表达错而被删除了。
补充句子:
The market for furniture exchanging is nearby, which is the best.那就有ambiguous!
因为which可以修饰the market也能修饰 the furniture. 建议改成
The market for best furniture exchanging is nearby. 直接把形容词放到名词前。
