标题[问题] 一题简单的数学观念问题

A restaurant meal cost $35.50 and there was no
tax. If the tip was more than 10 percent but less
than 15 percent of the cost of the meal, then the
total amount paid must have between
(A) $40 and $42
(B) $39 and $41
(C) $38 and $40
(D) $37 and $39
(E) $36 and $37
题目中的 "more than 和 less than"是有包括 10% 和 15% 吗?
那如果用哪个英文用字表达就不包含10% 和 15%了?
虽然这是满简单的一道题目，不过我还是想把观念厘清
所以PO上来问一下
