小弟认为本题不是考assumption
你要由已知的讯息来判断选项的内容是否正确
b提到如果一个公司没有正确预期消费者的期望,则该公司无法品质创新
而原文只有提到消费者期待高品质,而公司提高品质会再次提高消费者预期
跟'预期消费者的期望'并无相关
d提到如果一个公司满意自己产品的品质,则产品品质会下降
从原文不能推出这个结果,顶多能说如果公司满意自己产品品质,则消费者会变得不满意
而公司产品的品质不会自己降低
e提到Megacorp的消费者满意他的产品品质,但是原文只是一个广告,并无能提供证据
显示本选项正确
而c提到只有当产品品质能不断创新时,Megacorp的目标(不断满足或超越消费者预期)
会成真 --> 从原文可以获得支持
因为若该产品品质创新会有瓶颈,则消费者的对品质的预期有一天会超过产品本身的品质
,也就是说Megacorp的目标就没办法达成
