句意不同

我知道答案是D和E之一,但不知道为什麽平行结构必须是both by A and by B
不能是AB两个名词共用一个by?
同楼上推文 意思差不多
但是我总觉得 E 的which有点诡异
看句意是指continued its slide to a record low against the dollar
这整句force了..
可以请问D是的forcing 是 and the contry's currency forced
还是 which forced的缩写吗..
