(1)小於1的数，16倍要是整数，所以x会是0.0625的倍数 (1/16=0.0625)。
若x=0.0625，十分位就可能是0
(2)同理，1/8=0.125，即x为0.125的倍数，十分位肯定不会是0
故选(B)
