标题[问题] QGIS 安装问题

大家请问一下
因为已经安装四五次了但每次打开视窗还是都会出现黄色惊叹号讯息
请问大家知道这是什麽意思吗?
The plugin will be disabled because it crashed QGIS during last startup. Please report an issue and re-enable the plugin when the problem has been solved.
