标题[问题] vector , annotation 差别

请问各位一下，
今天在测试软体的时候
假如是载入 vector 的时候，他只能显示这个 vector 的 线条形状这些
无法显示其内容的 label
好像必须要载入他所知道的 annotaiton 这类的档案(这好像也是向量档的一种)
请问这两者的差别?
以及假如要产制他所谓的 annotation 要如何制作 orz
