标题请教关於google map语言问题

当我用firefox 3.0 跟 chrome时,
我google map右上角的 "地图, 卫星, 混合地图" 都会是英文的,
也就是 "Map, Satellite, Hybrid"
但我在用ie7时就会是正常中文
我确定编码都是UTF-8, 请问有人知道是哪里有问题吗?
因为我有在写些东西, 这样的差别还蛮困扰的
